Cooperation with the Client lasts more than a year. During this time, a number of campaigns were set up in the search network for priority categories of products, some of them were suspended due to low efficiency. 5 campaigns in the search network + remarketing worked in the account while setting up web push notifications. Advertising campaigns effectiveness was monitored using an e-commerce report in a Google Analytics account.
We searched online and tried few other agencies before finding ITForce. Our main concern was lack of stable results, as we were not satisfied with a short-term two weeks increase in sale.

We’ve been working with ITForce since December 2016. Internal settings in the cabinets or what the price of a click is, I definitely do not want to take a close look at it. I only move forward and the other stuff – let the guys figure it out. We’ll solve problems as they come. While they call – it means that everything is alright.

We have been engaged in SEO optimization of the site for the last six months. Here we have the same simple criteria for evaluating the work of the guys: we have grown in the search results, yes, we have grown. Then it’s quarantine, then some kind of crisis, then something else, so we temporarily suspended the work, but, I think, soon back to it in time.

I reached out to ITForce for an audit of Facebook advertising campaigns. We set up the ad ourselves, and it was effective, but we wanted a better result.
